A bit of a warning - this comic contains fake snake gore.

One of the things I love about Conan the Barbarian is the music written by Basil Poledouris (apparently, so do quite a few others). I've collected many of his soundtracks (yes - even Free Willy 2; it's a long story). This particular scene, however, is not on any of the 3 released soundtrack versions.

Transcript:

Scene: Conan and Subotai do battle with a giant snake, deep inside the Snake Cult Tower.
Conan:I chop at the snake!
DM:You cut deep into the snake, just below the head. Blood spurts everywhere.
Conan:Booyah! I chop again!
DM:It'd already dead.
Conan:It grappled me! Conan takes Vengeance!
DM:Whatever. You decapitate it.
Conan:Did you see that?
Subotai:Yep. You're officially a thief. You've succeeded in your roll for kill-stealing.
DM:I think it's called pent-up aggression, which makes him a fighter. You'd make a good one.
